Our Catering Style
Good wedding catering menus tend to have a little bit of everything. They need
some personality, some luxury and something that marries the entire thing together.
These aren't restaurant menus, but carefully crafted selections that highlight
the very best parts of the occasion and its meaning. At Ventana del Soul, every
detail must suit the occasion, and that means we look for diversity in presentation,
style and color alongside the basics such as flavor and region.
A wide variety of items are available and can be tailor-made to
please any function. We can help you create a menu for your group, or you can
specify which items you'd like to have. Catering prices depend on the number
of guests and the food choices. Catering is available for groups of 4 to 150
guests. Our menu is separated into different cuisines from around the world.
We want you to feel free to mix and match as many categories as you wish and
pair your selections with the catering price package that best suits your tastes,
needs and budget. If there is something you don’t see on our menu, please
don’t hesitate to ask. From flavor to presentation, we take pride in providing
unique hors d'oeuvres, buffets and complete formal sit-down meals. We can provide
you with linen rentals, bar and liquor services, and themed menus and displays.

You purchase the liquor, wine and beer of your choice and we supply the secure
bar area, ice, disposable cups, napkins, TABC Certified Bartender, fruit juices,

Event Staff & Rentals
Décor for Buffet
Although you may already have a florist booked for your event, we would suggest
allowing us the opportunity to decorate and arrange your buffet. We use only the
freshest of flowers and greenery and will be glad to match our décor with
the color theme of your event.

Event Staff
We will be glad to assist you in figuring out just how many event professionals
you need at your event. Our servers and bartenders are $25 per hour. Our Event
Captains are $35 per hour. Our on site cooks are $20 per hour, and our on site
chefs are $35 per hour. All of our staff is well trained, handsome and professional.
Full Service Rentals
We can arrange for just about anything under the sun to be delivered, setup and
broken down at your event. Tenting, dance floors, wedding arches, special lighting,
P.A. systems and red carpets are not uncommon. We can also arrange the basics,
such as China, silverware, glassware, linens, tables and seating. Because of the
labor involved in keeping all these items perfect and looking new, we outsource
this to a third party. We will place the order, set the delivery time, make sure
it is all setup for the event and ultimately make sure it all gets back to the
vendor.
High Quality Disposable Accessories
We use only the highest quality polypropylene disposable service items. All
colors are available upon request. We stock 6 Inch Salad/ Dessert Plates, 9
Inch Dinner Plates, Napkins, Plastic Ware, Clear Plastic Wine Glasses and Champagne
Flutes as well as Hot/ Cold Cups and Coffee Cups. Depending on your exact needs,
price is about
$1.50 Per Person for food service items and $1.50 Crystalline Barware
Event Production/Service Charge
Depending on the size and details of your event, there is usually a couple days
of work and a team of workers that go into an event that the client never sees.
This includes menu creation, walkthroughs, purchasing and stocking raw ingredients,
kitchen prep and butchering as well as maintaining our main commissary kitchen
to prepare the bulk of your event. Liability insurance is also a factor. This
charge is automatically added to all events and can be discussed at any time
with management. The basic charge is 18%.
