Create the Right Impression with Ventana's Executive Meeting Space.
Ventana provides comfortable, professional, cost-effective and easy-to-reserve
meeting rooms for groups of 2 to 100. Conference rooms have audio / visual equipment,
telephone service with speaker phones, free WiFi (high speed wireless connections
to the Interent), electrical outlets, and business support staff to make copies
and send faxes.
All proceeds support Ventana del Soul in its mission to provide
training and vocational mentoring to disadvantaged, disabled or underemployed
persons so that they can build a career, attain financial stability and establish
a higher quality of life as active citizens.
When you request a reservation, we will respond by the next business day with
a confirmation. Rooms are reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. Reservations
should be made at least 24 hours in advance. If this is the first time you have
requested a meeting space at Ventana del Soul, we will need a completed Reservation
Request Form and a credit card number to guarantee your space.
